A 29 year old female presents with complaints of right shoulder and neck pain. She does not recall any specific injury however she is an accountant and reports that she has been very busy the past 2 months working long days, mostly in front of a computer. When asked, she admits to feeling some tingling into her right thumb and index finger and has felt an overall heaviness in her right arm compared to her left. On examination a chin poking head forward posture with rounding of her shoulder girdle is noted. Cervical spine active and passive ROM testing reveals limited extension and right side flexion and both of these movements are painful. Which of the following conditions should be suspected?
