Another factor that completely changed my perspective of global health was the final paper humanitarian aid trip. This project required a lot of research, but I was able to see how another country dealt with a health crisis. I specifically researched malnutrition in China, where I learned that many women, children and adolescents suffered. I learned that there were many issues that lead to malnutrition in China, including factors of inequity that are faced in China is poor sanitation, water quality, poor hygiene factors, along with poverty and sociocultural factors. The country of China, is aware of the malnutrition issue, and is working on how to help fix the issue including offering ready to eat meals. After the research that was conducted, I saw that multiple different disciplines from healthcare workers as well as community members that needed to work together to help solve the malnutrition issue in China. paraphrase
