Rewrite the following in a professional email: Another area of concern that needs addressed is taking photos of patients when there are suspicions of child abuse. Countless times, I have broached this topic with Julie Amos, Brook Murphy, and Dr. Monteiro. I was informed that this could potentially be a “liability” to the practice. Upon acertainig infomraiont about this from several child protective services agencies, I learned that it is in fact not a liability, unless we take it upon ourselves to share with alleged perpetrators the specific reason we are taking the photo. Moreover, all staff have been trained and provided with the knowlege that the CPS Law provides protections for those who make reports out of good faith. Therefore, Photographs and radiographs can be taken in most states without consent if child abuse is suspected.. As such, in New Jersey, all residents are mandated reporters, who are required to resport these concerns.
