I am looking forward to supporting the members of this program and working with the multi-disciplinary team. Initially it was overwhelming to hear what the program has to offer. However, after discussing it as a team along with our instructor guiding us through the steps it looks like an exciting program to be a part of. This is my first time working as a nurse in the community, and I am looking forward to bringing on my current nursing skills, along with gaining a new set of skills. I look forward to getting to know the members of the community and discovering how much knowledge they have about their health. Based on the interactions I had with some of the members of this program, I look forward to getting to know about them and teaching them about medication safety. The community members are very welcoming, and looking forward to the project we are going to introduce. My knowledge as a nurse, and a current nursing student brings significance into this clinical placement. I can identify the medications according to the pharmacological family, and the use of it including the side effect. I am also able to instruct the patient on
