rephrase the following statement: As a nurse, I have encountered many mentally ill patients. Some are in the hospital for treatment and others are there because of an emergency situation. It is very important for them to receive the proper care that they need. I’ve noticed that most of the patients we see on a daily basis are usually very calm and quiet for most of their stay until there are certain situations in which they tend to become confused and emotional. It’s my job as a nurse to find out why they feel this way, take their blood pressure and also administer medications if needed .There are some patients I’ve worked with who had been admitted earlier but were becoming violent or causing trouble around other patients so we had to have them moved to another floor or unit where they could contain their behavior while still receiving adequate care. Our community is connected by a strong sense of community, compassion and care. We take pride in providing quality medical services to mentally ill patients.
