n this discussion, you will find the requirements for your first synthesis posting: In your small team, respond to the questions posed below once you have watched the ER Scenario. Once you have completed this, the co-leads for this week are required to take every team member’s contributions and make a “synthesis posting”. One person will then post the Team Synthesis Posting in your small group. Also make sure to post your Team Synthesis Posting to either large group 1 or 2 (depending which team you are in) for Individual Responses. Please label for Synthesis post with your team number (i.e. Team 1). Please include names of all contributors in the post, but if there be any members who do not contribute, it is important that their name not be included in the post.
