Below are the objective/subjective strengths and weaknesses: Objective Strength: AtlantiCare is a 5-time Magnet award winning health system AtlantiCare Atlantic City Campus is a level 2 trauma center Promotes internal growth through tuition reimbursement of $10,000 per year, medical assistant apprenticeship programs, nursing externship programs, and lean six sigma training Objective Weakness Emergency Room wait times are too long at both campuses Infection rates are too high in surgical patients due to lack of experienced operating room staff Employee turnover is currently too high in the Patient Care Associate roles currently sitting at 50% Subjective Strength Strong work culture and values Flexible working hours and sites Provides two bonuses per year to every employee based on hours worked and performance Subjective Weakness Compensation for Nurses working in outpatient settings is too low Career pathing for every role is not clearly mapped out Some work sites are not easily accessible, requiring parking garages and mild commutes
