One of your clients is Mia, an 83-year-old woman. Mia is generally fit and healthy. During the middle of the day at lunchtime, you are assisting Mia move from the dining room to her bedroom. Mia has said that she isn’t that hungry today and that she is feeling a bit tired. It is a reasonably warm day, and Mia is dressed appropriately for the weather. However, you notice that she is shivering. As you walk with Mia to her room, she regularly coughs.
