As a result, he has reduced intellectual capacity and has difficulty remembering things. Sam also experiences severe hay fever. Sam has always lived in the family home and been cared for by his family. Sam’s family is no longer able to care for him due to a change in circumstances that has seen them move into a smaller home. Because of this, they have moved him into an assisted living unit at Banksia Care. You have been assigned as Sam’s personal care worker.
