All labs are unremarkable. An MRI is performed which demonstrates multiple small lesions in the left thalamus. A chart review demonstrates a previous MRI from 2 years ago when the patient was having left arm weakness. In that MRI, there are multiple small lesions in the right frontal lobe which are now gone in the most recent MRI. Based on this history, what is the most likely diganosis?
