4. Two weeks later the patient returns to the urgent care center complaining of re-injuring his right ankle and foot. An x-ray shows a mild fracture. The patient states his pain is currently a “9” on a 1-10 pain scale. He states he has been taking Baby Aspirin and ibuprofen for the last three days to handle the discomfort from his first injury.
