 Patient presented with right knee pain and swelling. He tripped and fell on his knees the day before and believes the pain is a result of his fall. He finds it painful to bend his knee, and walking is more difficult. He tried taking two Tylenol, but noted no relief. He denies prior occurrence of this pain, fever, chills, rash, orthopedic surgery.
