Task 9. Patient R., 33 y.o., a manager at a supermarket, has complaints of general weakness, fatigue, decreased performance and ability to concentrate, periodic suddenly emerging and unpredictable panic attacks, palpitations, breathlessness, dizziness, accompanied by a feeling of unreality. Doctor collected anamnesis using standard clinical questionnaire and putting patient answers down to a special printed form. As far as the patient was trying to give a detailed answer, and the doctor had very little time, he put, mostly, yes-no questions at the order in which they were in the questionnaire, and stopped the patient’s attempts to discuss issues that were irrelevant to these questions.
