how to respond to this statement: My name is Brittany Cladd, I’m 35 years old married with 4 daughters, I’m originally from Americus Georgia, and I moved to Atlanta when I graduated from high school in 2007. My first time in college I went for culinary arts. Sadly the school attended closed down last year. I started my healthcare journey in January of last year. I’m NHA certified in Medical Assistant, EKG, and Phlebotomy. After working in the field and being around other nurses medical assistants can do just about everything a nurse can do. Depending on certain doctor offices medical assistants can do catheters and IVs under their doctors. The field that I’m leaning more toward the nursing field is pediatrics, Labor and Delivery, or with geriatric patients. With all of my certifications and with an ASN I could be more marketable in the field. I would be able to float more in the healthcare field.
