Mr. B is a 19-year-old male with Right-Hemisphere disorder who sustained a TBI after a motorcycle accident. He had a lengthy hospital stay and is now in an inpatient rehab facility (6 months post-accident) where you are going to evaluate him. He has significant mobility deficits and remains in a wheelchair. Upon entering his room Mr. B made several inappropriate comments, where you notice his prosody is abnormal. His mother, who is in the room with him, immediately asked him to apologize. Mr. B begins to cry and seems embarrassed. However, as you begin asking interview questions for your case history, Mr. B starts laughing, almost uncontrollably. He then grabs his cell phone and seems very distracted, stating he needs to charge his phone. Plan: Write a detailed description of the activity that will be used to target the goal.
