45 years old male presented to ED with right ankle pain/ deformity after ground level fall at home. Patient reports about an hour prior to arrival, he slipped on a wet tile in his foyer at his home. He reported immediate right ankle pain and was not able to weight bear on his right lower extremity. He denies any head injury, loss of consciousness or anticoagulation therapy.  CT Scan (01/17/2024): Extremity lower w/o contrast right bone/joint. Interval closed reduction of ankle fracture o Findings: Acute obliquely oriented distal fibular fracture with widening of the tibiofibular syndesmosis. There is an additional widening of the medial tibiotalar joint spaces. Talar dome intact. o Impression: Interval closed reduction of visualized ankle dislocation with improved alignment. Patient tolerated physical evaluation well. hallwall with B axillary crutches at SBA/CGA with cues for slower velocity. Patient was able to hop 2-8 inches steps with unilateral handrail and crutches at CGA level. 1. Review collected data and provide analysis: Significant changes since admission, any noted trends, concerns.
