Jessica Wu is a 35-year-old client who is at 29 weeks of gestation. She is a gravida 3, para 2 and has had 2 prior cesarean births. She reports having had limited prenatal care due to lack of transportation and childcare. She has had 3 prenatal visits with this pregnancy, at 10 weeks, 19 weeks, and 28 weeks of gestation. She has had laboratory testing at her 10 week and 28 week visits but has not had an ultrasound during this pregnancy. She reports no known allergies and takes a prenatal vitamin daily.
