Rewrite the following in a professional email: I was made aware of this kiddo and would like your feedback asap, please. My understanding is that the kiddo presented with a round 3cmx3cm contusion present on the soft palate right in front of the uvula, with presentation of red petechia. Follow up recommendations were made to the kiddos father to seek a medical evaluation from an ENT or a Pediatrician and then return in 2 weeks for a re-evaluation. I also am aware that a contusion as such on the soft palate and red petechia could indicate several conditions, including trauma, infection, or a bleeding disorder. I do agree with the referral to have the kiddo seen with the Pediatrician. Was the parent given a specific time frame to do so? Has anyone tried to reach out to the kiddo’s Pediatrician to inquire if there has/ have been any recent illnesses? I also agree with the 2-week evaluation so that if additional pathology needs to occur, it will. My concern for this child is heightened due to the statements from both parent/ child that she has not been ill, is not currently ill, and there is no explanation as to how
