respond to From the healthcare system, I beleive it is broken and it needs alot of work to provide better healthcare for the patients and their families. Yes, I have a problem scheduling the appointmemts in past because not every doctor accepts the same insurance and has a open schedule. If you need anything not emergency but as soon as possible, the patient has to reach out to the doctor but if the doctor doesn’t have avaliablity, it means the patient has to find a new place which accepts the insurance in order to get treated. The changes I would suggest is providers accepting all kinds of insurance, I have seen while working in the healthcare system, insurance that are cheaper do not get accepted by every provider. This way it makes harder for the patient to find the doctor of need. The suggestion I would give for making the healthcare better is having more felxibility in finding the providers espcially for the new patients. Have a place where patients can walk in from to see the regular doctor, not just emergency since sometimes it is not emergency and it costs more than the regular doctor. Also giving more time
