He smokes about 20 cigarettes daily and there is also a history of cannabis use- but the mother reports that he is currently not using. Mark lives a sedentary lifestyle and consumes a diet high in refined sugar and saturated fats. Mark has reported to the nurse in charge that he has been experiencing increased thirst, tiredness, and increased urination.
