CLINICAL APPLICATION – CASE STUDY 1. For this case study, you will choose one of your patients from your clinical area with a complex medical condition. Please discuss your choice with your clinical instructor to make sure the case study will be a good learning experience. 2. This case study is due see calendar @ 11:59 p.m. however, you may submit it earlier. 3. You are to choose a patient who has been hospitalized three or more days when possible. You will need review the patient’s medical record while you are in the clinical area. 4.
