Barb is a 64 year old woman who recently had a Ischemic stroke. Prior to the stroke, she was independently living at home. She lives with her daughter, Kathleen, who works as a travelling consultant, and her two children, aged 5 and 2. Barb normally cares for the children when Kathleen is working away from home.
