kali just graduated from a medical assistant diploma program and has her first interview. her interview is at the same location she did her externship so she knows the manager in which she will be meeting with. she is to report at the smith clinic at 9am the next morning. she is so excited that she cant sleep. she tosses and turns most of the night and finally falls asleep around 4am. her alarm is set for 6:30am to allow her time to get ready and get to the interview at least 15 mins early. for some reason her alarm didnt go off or she did not hear it. kali wakes up at 8:15am and now only has 45 mins to make it to her interview in time. the drive is at least 30 mins. she jumps out of bed throws her hair up and puts wrinkled scrubs on for the interview. she heads out the door and rushes to the interview . she arrives at the clinic at 9:05am. when the manager calls her in for the interview she could tell that kali had been crying and appears to be upset. kali goes into the whole story about why she is late. the manager appears understanding but also disappointed in kali. any professionalism issues, any time managment issues, any attitude isues, any hygiene issues?
