Reword.. SW spoke with pcg and was informed patient mediciaion was delayed due to inclememtn weather. pcm reported she could do a one day medication order to phaarcy but wanted to ensure some one could pick up prescription. Sw called pt and discuss one day pharacy pick up and pt reported her pcg was working late tonight and could not pick it up and her backup has the flu. pt stated she would wait to see if ups makes delivey tomorrow. sw discussed insta cart as a option and pt having to pay a small fee for delivery. pt stated she woud be open to this if medicarion does not arrive tomorrow. sw updated pcm with plan.
