Joseph is a 28 year old male that is 6’8″ and weighs 120 pounds. While watching television he experienced a sudden onset of severe left side chest pain and shortness of breath. EMS transported him to the ED and a 12 lead EKG was unremarkable. Radiographs showed a very obvious shift of his trachea to the right of the midline and a pneumothorax. A CT of the thorax demonstrated a aneurysmal dilatation at the base of the arch of the aorta. What is the most likely diagnosis? a. Myocardial Infarction b. Marfan’s syndrome presentation c.
