The patient has cholecystitis with calculus in the bile duct. She underwent a total laparoscopic cholecystectomy, exploration of the common bile duct with the removal of stones, and intraoperative cholangiogram of the gallbladder and bile duct, high osmolar, in the outpatient surgical center. Assign ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS for this case. (Hint: Diagnoses: Diagnoses: One code. Go to calculus. Remember, do not code to acute or chronic if not documented. Procedure: Three codes. Go to resection > gallbladder. Go to extirpation > duct > common bile. Go to plain radiography > gallbladder and bile duct. What type of contrast was used?)
