The patient is a 55 year old woman who came in at the ER on January 16, 2024 due to abdominal pain, constipation, vomiting, chills, headache, nausea and SOB. Her Abdominal CT came negative, and her lab result came negative. She was sent home but called her and asked her to come back as her troponin was elevated at 7.8, Lactic 3.9. She was on IV Lopressor and on the 17th a heart catheter was inserted on her right groin. She has a history of cancer on her right breast and was a smoker for years. . Include in your journal the SBAR you received from the RN assigned to your patient. What are your thoughts about the SBAR your received? Provide 1 recommendation for improvement.
