Pain in right shoulder after falling off his motorcycle and striking right shoulder and head. Patient believes he blacked out for a brief period of time, unsure of duration. On exam, alert, responsive. Shoulders are symmetrical, without contusion or abrasions. No superficial injuries, deformity, or redness. However, there is significant joint effusion that requires drainage. The right shoulder joint was aspirated and injected with 30 mg Toradol.
