Reword. PCM was a little defensive and stated that she feels as though she is being attacked and that she is not doing her job. Sw explained to PCM that she does not want her to feel attack because I am aware of everything she s doing and trying to do to help the patient. PCm reported pat has Gabepentien in the home as well as ativian. PCM also stated that she asked Aide to help educate patient on non medical pain managment but patient declined aide visitSW and PCM is scheduled to meet with patient Wednesday, January 10, 2024 to discuss drug contract. PCM stated she was going to schedule a PRN Skilled Nursing visit to check on patient. No additional intervention or pain management solution as been pu in place.
