Based on the student’s clinical experience use a familiar case study and write a new case study as a PMHNP who is changing diagnoses and treatment and thoroughly explain the factors, history, and rationale. Describe what new information was learned. Instructions: Using the criteria below create a 3-6 page paper using APA Professional format and style, with at least three references. Note: Start the Case Study as the PMHNP writing with your new diagnoses/ rationale. (i.e. This client is a 32-year-old male (and other identifying factors) who was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder, however, based on new information his diagnosis was changed to Bipolar with Depression due to his symptomology (described) and DSM criteria (described), and his treatment was changed from Fluoxetine 20mg to Olanzapine 10mg.
