You are the Charge Nurse on your unit. Two of your staff nurses, a newly hired GN and a newly licensed RN, are upset and tell you the other staff nurses have been condescending to them, harassing them, and intentionally embarrassing them in front of other nurses, physicians, and patients. 1. Which types of bullying are these two nurses experiencing? Please explain. 2. Discuss what you will tell these nurses regarding how to respond appropriately to the other nurses. 3.
