Reword. PC from PCG ( Larry Pangle Sr.) stating he recieved a call from Harborchase satting that the patient has tested positive for COVID and they would like to take the patient to the hospitial. Mr. Pangle Sr. reported that did is not what they want ot happen and the purpose of putting the patient on hospice an they are npot trying prolong the patient life. pcg reported the pt woiuld be very confused and agittated and they probably would have to strap him to the bed. PCG reporte that if the patient has air hunger he would like Caris to put him on oxgyen and the diarrhea give him some immodium AD and fluids. Sw informed PCg that she would convey information to the Patient Care Manger /administrator and have them reach out to the facility.
