Patient presented to ED and it was determined that the patient was experiencing presyncope with intermittent junctional bradycardia. VS were stable with exception of bradycardia mentioned above. Chest clear to auscultation, HEENT normal. Extremities no edema, Abdomen, soft nontender. Patient was admitted for control of his bradycardia. Despite medication regimen, the bradycardia was not controlled on Day 3, and therefore, decision was made to insert a dual chamber transvenous pacemaker.
