One of your clients is Yuri, a 60-year-only man. Yuri has been ill and has been vomiting. He is very dehydrated and very likely has low levels of essential ions and electrolytes. Yuri is refusing to take in fluids. While you cannot force Yuri to drink, you have been asked to encourage him to take in some fluids. You politely suggest to Yuri that he has something to drink but he says he doesn’t really feel like having a drink.
