Clean and disinfect clinical contact surfaces that were not barrier protected with an EPA-registered hospital disinfectant with a tuberculocidal claim (i.e., intermediate-level disinfectant). D. Remove gloves, perform hand hygiene and then it is safe to transport instrument trays, packs, and cassettes to the receiving side of CSR or another designated holding space.
