Instructions: Think of the intervention’s nurses do in their work every day! How do these interventions fit with the ANA’s 8 Competencies for Care Coordination? Identify some of the many “care coordination interventions” that we are doing in our nursing practice every day!
Read through the 8 competencies in the ANA’s “Standard of Practice 5A”, which are listed on this template below and on page 46 in the textbook. (For e-book users, see the chapter on Action Issue 2.)
