write a feedback based off of this passage I am currently employed at a local hospital system. My day to day revolves around patient access to healthcare services. A major frustration of both the hospital system itself and the patients is timely access to quality care. From scheduling diagnostic imaging exams to time-sensitive acute care visits with providers, my local health system is under pressure resulting from staffing shortages that cannot meet the specialized needs of a large population with very diverse needs. We face challenges in recruiting and retaining an adequate number of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health care professionals. Falling short in adequate and appropriate staffing leads to increased workloads, obvious burnout among existing staff, and difficulties in providing timely and comprehensive care and deserved empathy for our patients. Patients must endure longer wait times, delayed care and treatments. Patient must also bear the burden of changing healthcare providers when the hospital system has difficulty attracting new and retaining experienced healthcare professionals. In a mostly privatized healthcare system, we need a governmental body/committee driven by a core philosophy of humanistic values that develops patient protection laws, one that is dedicated to ensuring a justifies amount
