For example: It is recommended for pregnant women to exercise throughout their pregnancy if they don’t have complications, although they should check with their doctors before starting an exercise program (Healthwise Staff, 2016). Healthwise Staff (2016) has used research in their recommendations from the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC); therefore I believe that it is safe for most women to exercise during pregnancy because both HealthLink BC where the Healthwise Staff work and SOGC are reliable sources of information.
