For example, It is recommended for pregnant women to exercise throughout their pregnancy if they don’t have complications, although they should check with their doctors before starting an exercise program (Health wise Staff, 2016). Health wise Staff (2016) has used research in their recommendations from the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC); therefore I believe that it is safe for most women to exercise during pregnancy because of both HealthLink BC where the Health wise Staff work and SOGC are reliable sources of information.
