The summative assessment for the module is via a case study in which you will critically analyse the assessment process undertaken with an individual service user and critically explore the evidence base underpinning the care planned as a result of this assessment.
You are also required to consider the role of the Mental Health Nurse in caring for people with your service users’ condition, as well as partnerships with the individuals concerned and the multidisciplinary team.
