TF an 18 month old boy who was admitted to your hospital for failure to trive (FTT) and losing 6pounds.It is determine that he has extreme blockage throughout his GI system with severe impaction through out.He is in a lot of pain and is creaming but his parents are adamant they do not want treatment due to their religious beliefs.They said the patient grand father is an elder at their church and he is on his way to pray and heal him. Question 1-What is the ethical and state law in Florida in dealing with situations of refusal of treatment of a minor ? 2-How would you solve this delema based on your research and laws in Florida?. 3-What is your obligation as a health care provider in this situation in the state if Florida?
