One my main strengths is my technology skills. As health care become more technologically advanced in how we care for patients with telehealth, the basic knowledge of how platforms operate is a skill needed for many social workers. Some clients may not have the knowledge or motivation to operate platforms for telehealth. This is a skill that I intend to build on throughout my career. Although telehealth has become a growing segment in the mental health care field, this can pose as a hurtle for patients trying to get care, such struggles can be lacking internet access, connection difficulties during the session and privacy concerns. Another strength is my understanding and patience. I have noticed in my experience that I tend to consider other points of views and play what is known as ‘devil’s advocate’ to address all scenarios for a problem to determine why something is the way it is. Within my social circle, I am known to bring people to together and support each other for each for the wellbeing of mental health and support. Groups of young and middle-aged mothers need a support system when there are teenagers at home challenging the mental health of mothers. I
