Beth is the nurse supervisor in a large emergency department. Jessica is one of the newer nurses on her staff. Over lunch, Jessica confides that she is in severe financial distress since her divorce. Her ex-husband, Frank, has not paid court-ordered child support for over a year and has evaded the authorities with no known address or phone number.
