After taking it into the dealership, she feels that the mechanics implanted a bomb and a tracking device in her car. She reportedly has not slept for three days and believes people are out to get her. Michelle reports that she was diagnosed with major depressive disorder when she was sixteen and has had three suicide attempts; the last was when she was twenty-three. The patient reported a diagnosis of schizophrenia when she was twenty-three after she was hospitalized for a suicide attempt via overdose, where she was having command auditory hallucinations and seeing a little demon boy.
