For this assignment each student will explore an established or proposed policy that impacts nursing policy. Each student may choose the nurse practice act in a state where they are licensed or may identify another policy or proposed policy related to scope of nursing practice. Please note there are several policies (both current and proposed) which address practice to full extent. Explore the current or proposed policy. For a current law, identify two codes in the law (Find 2 of the six-digit NRS codes (i.e. NRS 632.005 = 1 code) .
