Reword. I hope all is well to day I visited Ms. Linda and spoke with the facility staff and asked them to please call Caris or Patrick or You for any issues or oncerns. The facility nurse reported she was out last week and they have an order from Caris nursing to weigh Ms. Brooks but she is refusing to get up to be weighed. I asked the facility nurse to please call caris with Concerns about patient not welling to get out of bed. the facility nurse stated she would but i am not sure that this wont happen agan of the facility calling ken but i wanted to update you that i did talk with the facility today.
