A 24-year-old woman with 14-year history of diabetes mellitus complains of decreased vision, the fog before her eyes, decrease brightness. Patient takes basal-bolus insulin therapy. Physical examination: height 165 cm, weight 60 kg, BP 142/90 mm Hg, heart rate 80 per minute. Normal skin color. No peripheral edema. Urine output 1.5 liters per day. Fasting glycemia: – 6,5 mmol/L. Glucosuria, acetonuria are negative. GFR – 86 ml per min /1,73m2. Ophthalmoscopic examination: microaneurysms, some small hemorrhages in the macular region, neovascularization of the optic disc were noted. ECG: without pathological changes. 1. Identify Syndromes.
