PCg reported that the direcot has been out due to her having bells pasily but she would send pcm and sw three possible dates for plan of care meeting. pcg also reported that two staff members have been fired from the facility for not following policy. SW redirected pcg on the purpose of call and scheduling plan of care meeting to keep patient safety at the forefront. pcg was in agreement and reported she would go to the facility tomorr to meet with the director and call the office with possible plan of care meeting dates.
