15-1 RADIOLOGY REPORT, SHOULDER LOCATION: Outpatient, Hospital PATIENT: Kevin Andres PHYSICIAN: Mohomad Almaz, M. D. RADIOLOGIST: Morton Monson, M.D. EXAMINATION OF: X-Ray shoulder, single view CLINICAL SYMPTOMS: Shoulder pain Clinical history is followup left shoulder pain. The joint is generally intact. There is slight increased bone density off the greater tuberosity of the humerus, most likely indicative of a very minimal degenerative change. AC joint is also intact. I do not feel there is significant degenerative change. CONCLUSION: 1. Perhaps minimal degenerative change of the greater tuberosity of the humerus. Acute fracture or dislocation of the shoulder is not seen.
