Her history is positive for cigarette smoking (denies use since recent hospital discharge), treated hypertension for 10 yr (lisinopril), BMI = 29 kg ∙ m−2, and family history likely positive for CHD (father died suddenly at 48 yr old; mother, aged 66 yr, living with hypertension and prior cerebrovascular accident). Other medical history includes treated gastroesophageal reflux disease (omeprazole) and asthma (montelukast sodium). She denies dyspnea with exertion, angina, or palpitations.
