Her history is positive for cigarette smoking (denies use since recent hospital discharge), treated hypertension for 10 yr (lisinopril), BMI = 29 kg ∙ m−2, and family history likely positive for CHD (father died suddenly at 48 yr old; mother, aged 66 yr, living with hypertension and prior cerebrovascular accident).
